1. Last name, first name, patronymic;
2. place of work (name and address of the organization, position held, company requisites);
3. contact information (phone number (mobile, work, home), e-mail address, fax);
4. address pages in social networks.
The above personal data are provided to the Operator for processing for the following purposes:
1. conclusion and execution of contracts with me or my employer, its counterparties and / or their affiliates;
2. sending me marketing and advertising information, including with the involvement of third parties as advertising distributors;
3. Providing information on the products and capabilities of the Operator and receiving feedback regarding such products and opportunities, including by establishing personal contact;
4. providing information on the activities carried out by the Operator;
5. Formation of a base of potential candidates for vacancies of the company-operator.
I also give the consent to the Operator on behalf of any third parties at his discretion to process my personal data, in the composition and purposes stipulated by this Agreement. This Consent to the processing of personal data is effective from the date it was given to it, unlimited, but can be withdrawn on the basis of a written application of the Personal Data Person or its representative sent to the Operator not less than 1 (one) month prior to the withdrawal of the Consent.
